| Our fiberglass department performs a multitude of activities that sets them apart from other organizations. They typically handle major fabrication of fiberglass panels, repairs to both structural and cosmetic issues as well as minor gel coat problems. Most of our fiberglass staff is knowledgeable about the procedures for painting boats as well as having the ability to prime and repair paint issues. Previous 3 year minimum experience in repairs to marine fiberglass is required as are the following: - knowledge of and adhesion to ABYC guidelines - knowledge of and experience in fiberglass laminate layup and repairs. - knowledge of and experience in Awlgrip and other paint products application and repair. - Knowledge of and proven ability to repair gelcoat and gelcoat color matching. - ability to arrive on time from 7:30AM - 4PM Monday through Friday is required. - valid driver's license. - an attitude to get the job done correctly the first time. - be willing to be part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction Competitive salary based on experience.
