Position Summary: Responsible for a full range of rough and finished repair work; inspects completed work for conformance with specifications, and complies with appropriate safety codes and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Ability to assess, diagnose and repair outboard
  inboard/outboard and/or diesel engines
• Ability to spring commission and winterize boats of all brands
• Problem solving and willingness to tackle any task
  independently and efficiently
• Ability to perform routine general and mechanical maintenance
• Complete maintenance and repairs to boat mechanical and
  electrical systems
• Ability to prepare estimates including time and materials
  needed to complete a job

Salary: Full-time hourly position pays competitively based on work experience.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License with own transportation and hand tools
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Attention to detail and deadlines
• Good time management
• The Ideal Candidate will have at least 2 years experience with
  gasoline outboard, inboard/outboard, diesel engines and drive systems
